Stocker's Degusta

In a village with old chalet houses, very much in the center of Interlaken, but as located in a backyard still quite hidden, you find a congenial high class but uncomplicated restaurant runned by former chef of ***** Hotel Victoria Jungfrau.
Alongside there is a comestibles store with delicious sauces, fishs, fonds, oils, vines, cheese and many more, all of it locally prepared with care, love but without preservatives.
