Unify Traditions - that's the slogan of the two restaurants in the "Stadthaus" (town house) in Unterseen. Beside a historic tradtional restaurant matahari allures with its title "especially exotic food". So does their buffet starting with Indonesian cuisine cover several areas of asian taste - including Chinese, Thai and Indian delectables. Recommended delicacy is Rijstafel - which means a basket of several dishes and perfumed rice at your discretion. All food is freshly prepared but you never wait too long. As their offering special prices at noon, it's with great variety and partnership with the Stadthaus Restaurant also a good choice for daily life and of course for vegetarians...
BTW: Very long opening hours! 9 a.m. to midnight! There isn't many places where you can eat that long.
