This is the very Swiss experience - what lots of people are expecting from Interlaken. Swiss Dishes, Swiss Design, Swiss History. The cuisine is all about cheese, potatoes, during summertime there is also barbecue and seating outside. The restaurant recalls the unique atmosphere of Swiss foretime and was first mentionned in 1674 (but was completly renovated 1997). So it's rather dark but very haimish inside.

Posted by angel, 12 December, 2007If you enjoy a country look restaurant, this one is for you. It has the feel of old Switzerland. Its fun to dine outside as you observe the beauty of the nature outside. For vacationers, this is a must try resto. Good authentic swiss food.
