Hotel Carlton

The Carlton - on the famous Hoeheweg of Interlaken - opposite the English Garden and the river Aare is only 3 minutes walking from the East station (Ostbahnhof) terminal. It is an old styled but newly refurbished castle. Courtesy bus on request to hotel and to the station! There is a dancing with rock music in the cellar, a nice garden restaurant on patio and a vinotheque around the corner. the atmosphere is familiar and very friendly, so no wonder they have lots of British guests;- ) It's also noticeable in a good way that the owner is around daily.
